4. Client Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: Ensure that provided content complies with copyright, trademark, and legal standards.

5. Confidentiality

EditEvolv is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your documents. Files and personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Documents are securely deleted upon project completion unless otherwise requested.

6. Liability

EditEvolv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed to that point.

8. Changes to Terms

EditEvolv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting or direct notification. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
