• Service Commencement: Once a service request is initiated and confirmed, it is processed immediately. As such, cancellations are not permitted after the service has commenced.
• Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. However, cancellations cannot be processed once the service has started.

2. Return Policy

• No Refunds: EditEvolv does not offer refunds for any services once they have been confirmed and processed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the client changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the final output.
• Service Adjustments: We strive to ensure client satisfaction through our service. If there are issues with the completed work, please contact us within 5 business days to discuss possible adjustments or revisions. However, no refunds will be issued.
